    FAQS

    A transaction coordinator performs the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction. We take over the paperwork from contract acceptance and monitor the process through closing. We project manage deadlines, store files, communicate with all parties involved and keep brokerage compliance records updated.
    Initially, we will have a meeting in person, zoom or phone to review your needs and requirements for Listings and contract to close. During a transaction you will have visibility and transparency to your closing files through Tcgo2close TC software. You will be copied on all emails, and phone contact on changes and deadline issues

    Tcgo2close will get paid in the commission disbursement process from Escrow. When I request your commission disbursement from your brokerage I add a deduction for TC services fee, and provide an invoice.

    Tcgo2close supports you being successful. If the transaction terminates there is no fee charged. We get paid when you get paid.
    Tcgo2close provides Listing services through the NWMLS. Contact us to review how we can save your time to get your listings to “Active Status”!

    We give you back time saved by Tcgo2close managing the paperwork and follow up in your real estate closing transaction. Your time is better spent working your clients and securing your next deal.

    Yes, we will communicate with the Buyers or Sellers, agent on the other side of the transaction and the title company and lender.

    Negotiations, Comps, CMA, Net Sheet – Vendors: Coordination with Inspectors, Appraisers, Repairmen – Amendments: We can prepare if all verbiage is sent in writing to Tcgo2close. – Marketing: Lead Generation, Social Media Posts, Printing Flyers, etc. – MLS: Approve and/or Edit details and remarks before going live.

    Tcgo2close has similar hours as an Escrow and Title company, and or Lender. Monday through Friday – 8:00am – 5:30pm. Emails will be responded to the next business day.

    Tcgo2close provides one email master file in PDF format for your brokerage compliance storage file.
